Good morning and welcome to the Wednesday edition of the Campus Connect Forecast.
We are definately under a very amplified weather pattern right now. Yesterday, cloud coverage and rain helped to keep the temperatures down. Conditions have been in place to create widespread dense fog around the region. This will diminish around the later morning hours. Today will serve as buffer to the approaching frontal system. Clearing skies and a high temperature of around 70 should make it a beautiful day. Moisture builds again going into tonight as ours temps will be primarily in the upper 50s.
For Thursday and Friday, the main focus shifts to the onset of more rain for our area. We can expect occasional showers during the day on Thursday. The time frame for the heaviest rain is expected to be between late Thursday night going into the day on Friday. Along with heavy rain, the threat for possible strong to severe storms remains a possibility. We will keep an eye on this situation. Stay tuned here to Campus Connect for your latest weather updates and breaking weather coverage.
