CampusConnect Forecast October 22, 2009 (morning)

CampusConnect Forecast

What a difference 24 hours makes in Starkville, Mississippi!  Once again, We find ourselves dealing with the serious potential for heavy rainfall, mainly after noon. Expect cloudy skies throughout the day as temperatures top out in the lower 70s, with a 100% rain chance lasting through the evening rush hour and into late Friday morning. Rain totals can easily exceed one inch in many areas, but at least we won't get nearly as cold as we have during the last few nights.  Count on a low in the upper 60s.  Lingering showers Friday will give way to mostly cloudy skies as we struggle to remain in the upper 60s.  Good news comes to those who wait, however. We will likely return to wonderful clear skies by the beginning of next week. I'm meteorologist Bryan McCormick and that has been your Campus Connect Podcast. Thanks and be sure to check out our updates!
