CampusConnect Forecast - October 19, 2009 (afternoon)

A good Monday to you! After a cold night, we will begin a moderating trend by this afternoon. You can expect highs to reach the upper 60s by mid-afternoon. The good news is that we’ll continue the warming trend over the next few days.

We’ll still deal with cold readings over the next couple of night, but our afternoon highs will get much warmer. Tuesday morning will start off in the upper 30s, but middle 70s are possible during the afternoon hours. Due to maximum amounts of sunshine and lot of dry air in place, we will notice a big difference between our morning lows and afternoon highs through Wednesday.

Our weather will quickly change on Thursday and Friday, as a cold front moves in. We can expect a good chance of rain for both days. The best chance of showers and thunderstorms will move in late on Thursday and continue through the morning hours on Friday. Conditions will dry out on Saturday, and we will feel some cooler weather for the rest of the weekend. Daytime highs will struggle to reach 70 degrees on Saturday and Sunday.
